Services include individual therapy, group counseling, and neurodivergent couples counseling. I also offer somatic sessions and Reiki (coming Jan 2026) options for those individuals wanting to dive deeper into nervous system work! Somatic Therapy is a clinical service provided under my LCSW license and utilizes approaches from Somatic Experiencing (SE™). I am currently in my first of 3 years of SE training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Somatic therapy involves the treatment of mental health conditions, includes a formal assessment, and is medically necessary for individuals seeking support for psychological concerns. These sessions may include somatic and mind–body approaches within a therapeutic framework.
Somatic Wellness sessions are not therapy and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, they are designed as a holistic support for nervous system awareness, stress relief, and emotional regulation. These sessions can incorporate aspects of yoga, somatic techniques, and/or Reiki. These sessions can complement your existing therapy or serve as a stand-alone practice for overall well-being.
If you are unsure which option is best for you, I’m happy to discuss your goals and help determine what type of support fits your needs.
